This Bidjar Rug was woven circa 1890-1900 in Northwest Persia. It features a highly desired design for antique collectors with a large central medallion on an open field with animal motifs throughout the rug – peacocks, shrub motifs and arrows at each end. This rug is finely hand-knotted on a cotton foundation with wool pile.

Condition: Overall Good Condition with some areas of low pile consistent with age.
