Serapi

This is one of the antique Serapi rugs woven circa 1900 from northwest Persia featuring a dramatic oversize central medallion and extra-large corner medallions. The border is a simplified variant of the typical Serapi border. Serapi rugs are known for their geometric and bold design and this one is a perfect example. 

This rug is finely hand-knotted in the finest wool on cotton and is available in: 

• 407 x 283 cm 

Condition: Overall Good Condition with an area of low pile consistent with age.
