Serapi

This antique Serapi rug was woven in northwest Persia circa 1900. It has a large none-symmetric medallion and a light blue and sky blue corner medallions. The abrash in the bottom corner medallions gives the rug it own unique characteristic. Due to the size of the medallion and the dramatic color combination, this Serapi provides a powerful impact to the viewer. 

This rug is finely hand-knotted in the finest wool and cotton.

Condition: Great Condition with some areas of low pile consistent with age.
