Heriz Silk

This Antique Silk Heriz was woven in northwest Persia circa 1880. This rug has a center medallion with a spiraling vine design with palmettes and floral motifs. 

Larger silk Heriz rugs are hard to find making this one rare. The blue colour is rare in silk Heriz rugs and sought after. 

This rug is finely hand-knotted in the finest silk on silk. 

This unique piece is available in:

Condition: Overall Good Condition with some areas of low pile.
