A traditional runner rug, this is a Kerman from southeast Persia was woven circa 1930-1940. Kerman runners are extremely rare. A unique open field design, this rug is modern and minimalistic yet with the traditional border and colours used in Kerman rugs. This pair of runners will be great for hallways. The rug was woven on a cotton foundation with wool pile using asymmetric knots.

Condition: Overall Good Condition with some areas of low pile. It has all of its original fringes.
